Borderlands 3 has a confirmed release date of September 13 and when it launches there will be multiple versions of the game available to purchase on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Each one has unique bonuses and extras available for those that are willing to drop the extra cash on them. Below you’ll find a detailed breakdown of what each version of the game contains and how much they’ll cost you.
In total, there will be four editions of Borderlands 3: Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Diamond Loot Chest Collector’s Edition. The Standard version is, as the name implies, just a vanilla version of the game and costs $59.99. However, if you choose to pre-order this version you’ll be given gold weapon skins and a weapon trinket.
The Deluxe version, meanwhile, is $79.99 USD and has additional cosmetics packs, a weapon pack, experience and loot drop mods. The pre-order bonus is once again the gold weapons and weapon trinket. The Super Deluxe Edition includes everything that’s part of the Deluxe Edition with the Borderlands 3 season pass. It will be available initially for $99.99 but the price will increase to $119.99 from September 17.
Finally, the Diamond Loot Chest Collector’s Edition will be available at GameStop for $249.99. It has everything in the Super Deluxe Edition but comes in a replica of the Diamond Loot Chest, which contains 10 Borderlands 3 figures, a Sanctuary 3 snap model, four Vault Key keychains, a cloth map of the Borderlands galaxy, five art lithographs, and a steelbook case.
